PayPal is one of the safest payment methods in the world. It allows payments using a PayPal account or credit cards.

Creating a PayPal account, which enables secure online payments, is very simple.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an offer/proforma invoice in PDF format via email, including all the necessary payment details. You can pay the amount via bank transfer to our IBAN account, which is listed in the document. The payment can be made via payment slip or through online banking. Once we receive your payment, you’ll be notified by email along with an update on your order status.

The offer/proforma invoice is non-binding until payment is made. You may cancel the order simply by not making the payment. Once the offer expires, it becomes invalid – even if payment is made after the expiry date.

Cash on delivery or payment upon receiving the product allows you to pay only when the item is delivered to your home. You pay the person who delivers it.

If you’re not at home, the package will be waiting for you at the post office or in the distribution center of the selected delivery service. You’ll pay for the products upon collection using the offered payment methods.

Note: Cash on delivery is available for deliveries in Slovenia, Croatia, and Hungary.

Payment with the selected method is only possible for orders picked up in person at DIET/LCHF Style pickup locations.
