Bauletto bread with seeds is ideal for those watching their carbohydrate intake (including diabetics). Due to its high protein content, it’s also a perfect choice for athletes. Ready to use – just open the package, slice, and make your favorite guilt-free sandwich. The bread can also be toasted. It is lactose-free, free of regular flour, and has no added sugar!

Ingredients

wheat fiber, wheat protein, oat protein, egg white, extra virgin olive oil, linseed (3%), sesame seeds (3%), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural yeast, preservative: potassium sorbate. Produced in a facility where nuts, sesame, lupin, eggs, milk, oats, and soy are also used.

Usage

Bauletto bread is ready to use. It can be used on its own, with spreads, to make sandwiches, toasts, etc. Once the bread package is opened, store it in a cool place, and use the remaining bread within a couple of days. It can also be divided into portions, placed in a well-sealed bag, and frozen.
