Ready to use – just open the package, slice, and make your favorite guilt-free sandwich. The bread can also be toasted. It is lactose-free, egg free, free of regular flour, and has no added sugar!
Ingredients
wheat fiber, wheat protein, acacia fiber, oat protein, rice protein, extra virgin olive oil, natural yeast, salt, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids. Produced in a facility where nuts, sesame, lupin, eggs, milk, oats, and soy are also used.

Usage
Bauletto bread is ready to use. It can be used on its own, with spreads, to make sandwiches, toasts, etc. Once the bread package is opened, store it in a cool place, and use the remaining bread within a couple of days. It can also be divided into portions, placed in a well-sealed bag, and frozen.
