BeKETO cream spread is an excellent combination of delicious cream and healthy fats. It offers much more to what meets the eye. The carbohydrate content per portion (25 g) is only 2.2 g, which means that you can indulge completely without feeling guilty.

Usage
BeKETO cream spreads can be used in various ways – as a spread on pancakes, as an addition to pastries, cookies, shakes, drinks… You can make fat bombs or treat yourself and eat the spread directly with a spoon.
As it is a completely natural product, an oily layer may appear on top, so (if this happens) mix the product before use to restore its creamy texture. Store in a dry and cool place, away from sources of heat and light. No need to refrigerate. Ingestion of a large amount may cause a laxative effect.
