BeKeto mini rolls are ready-made and baked soft rolls that are gluten-free, grain-free, starch-free, yeast-free and low-carb. Per 100g (one pack = 4 25g rolls), they contain only 1.7g of carbohydrates, a record low among all similar products. Another very welcome fact (especially for diabetics) is that they have an extremely low glycaemic index.

They are made with defatted almond flour, fibre, egg white and sprinkled with sesame seeds. They are soft and fluffy and taste perfect (like regular white buns with sesame seeds). The BeKeto Mini Rolls are already baked and ready to eat. One pack contains 4 mini rolls, ideal as a side dish, for sandwiches, spreads, mini burgers, canapés, etc.

BeKeto mini rollss are ideal for preparing keto breakfasts, snacks, cold cuts, canapés, as a side dish with lunch or dinner. They can be used to wipe your plate clean with baked eggs. They are a tasty substitute for white bread, so they are a particularly interesting addition for those who do not like seeded bread (even in the low-carb version).

They are packaged using the latest MAP technology, so they have a longer shelf life and absolutely no added preservatives. Ready to eat – just open the packet and make your favourite sandwich without any guilt. You can toast them, cut them 1-2 times, make mini sandwiches… They’re quite filling, even though they don’t look big.

Ingredients

Water, defatted almond flour, vegetable fibre, egg white powder, salt, raising agent - tartar (potassium tartrate, baking soda), sesame (1%)

May contain traces of soya. The package contains a minimum of 100 g (equivalent to 4 mini rolls of 25 g).

Usage

BeKeto mini rolls are ready to use. They can be used on their own, added to spreads, made into sandwiches, toasted, etc.

Once opened, the packet of mini rolls should be stored in a cool place (refrigerator) and the rest should be used within 2-3 days. They can also be frozen.

The expiry date of the product is marked on the packaging.
