Description
Dark chocolate drops (min 60%) with erythritol and stevia. No added sugar and no gluten. Drops are ideal for baking, toppings for cookies, cakes, cupcakes… Because they are sweetened with stevia and erythritol, they can also be a great occasional treat on the LCHF / KETO diet. Each drop weighs approx. 7 grams.
Ingredients
Cocoa paste, sweetener: erythritol and steviol glycosides (0.027%), cocoa butter, inulin, defatted cocoa powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla aroma. May contain traces of milk, hazelnuts and almonds. Ingestion of a large amount may cause a laxative effect. It contains only naturally occurring sugars.

Usage
For the chocolate sauce:
Melt the drops over a water bath or in the microwave. You can also add a little bit of coconut oil. Drops can also be added before baking, or used to decorate the final dish.
Store in a cool, dry place. The shelf life of the product is indicated on the packaging.
