What exactly is gelling erythritol with stevia?
Gelling erythritol with stevia is an alternative to regular gelling sugar. It has added pectin, which provides gelling and thickening, and citric acid.
Erythritol with stevia has absolutely no energy value, tastes almost identical to white sugar (100% sweetness of white sugar), does not cause caries and does not affect insulin (glycemic index = 0). These properties make it an excellent sugar substitute for everyone, including diabetics. Also suitable for vegans.
Ingredients
Erythritol, steviol glycosides from stevia, gelling agent: pectin, citric acid, calcium citrate. Due to the way the ingredients are produced, cross-contamination with traces of eggs, gluten, milk, soy, celery and sulphite cannot be excluded.

Usage
Clean 1 kg of any fruit, cut it into pieces and put it in the shrimp together with the whole package of gelatin sweetener. Stir over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the pieces of fruit are nicely dissolved and softened (depending on what kind of fruit we have). If desired, the fruit can also be saved to obtain a jam with a smoother texture. But we can leave the pieces. Pour the hot jam into clean, warm glasses, close tightly and turn the glasses upside down for 5 minutes. Since such jam does not contain sugar, which acts as a preservative in normal jams, we recommend storing the prepared jam in the refrigerator and using it quickly after opening.
TIP: to prepare fruit jelly, 1 kg of fruit can be replaced with 750 ml of fruit juice. Frozen fruit (berries, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.) can also be used to make jam, extending the cooking time for the fruit to thaw and then cook.
