The product does not contain gluten, lactose, soy products, nuts, eggs, GMOs, or preservatives. Suitable for vegans.
RECOMMENDED DAILY AMOUNT: Bio MCT oil is completely safe to consume, and it can be taken 1 to 4 times a day with one tablespoon (15 ml). It is advisable to start with a smaller amount (1 teaspoon) and gradually increase the dose to allow the body to adapt. Otherwise, digestive issues may occur.
