The Adamo pizza mix is made with special care and selected ingredients! It is gluten-free, free from grains, yeast, and soy, with an extremely low carbohydrate content (100g of prepared pizza dough contains ONLY 0.7g of carbohydrates), high protein content (27g / 100g of prepared dough), and an excellent texture. The mix is also ideal for diabetics, as it has a very low glycemic index compared to traditional pizza dough. Could it be any better? Hardly!
With its versatility, it allows for creative experimentation in the kitchen. You only need to add water to the mix, and you can create your favorite pizza. The product is gluten-free and suitable for everyone on a gluten-free diet!
Ingredients
Sunflower flour – defatted, golden flax flour – defatted, whey protein concentrate 13.5%, egg powder, pumpkin flour – defatted, bamboo fiber, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, salt, ascorbic acid (vitamin C). May contain traces of sesame and almonds.

Usage
Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl. Add 200 ml of water. Place the dough on a baking tray (lined with baking paper) and spread it evenly with your hand or a wet spoon. No rolling! Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 8–10 minutes, remove, flip, take off the baking paper, top as desired, and bake for another 7–10 minutes until the cheese is nicely melted.
MY TIP: For a more rustic appearance and even better crispness, you can add a bit of Bamboo fiber by sprinkling it over the dough or the work surface where you shape the dough. You can find it in our product range.
