With the help of organic MIX for baking bread, we can bake excellent gluten-free bread with a low carbohydrate content. Bread is completely FREE OF EGGS, CEREAL FLOUR, GLUTEN AND DAIRY PRODUCTS.
Ingredients you need: warm water (if you want bread with yeast, you can add warm water ½ cubes of fresh yeast or 1 pack of dry yeast).

Pumpkin seed flour *, pumpkin seeds *, sunflower seeds *, ground almonds*, golden flax flour *, golden flax *, ground Indian plantain *, tartar * (mono potassium tartrate, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), sesame flour *, salt. Usage
One bag of the organic bread MIX is enough for 2 loaves of bread.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (fan) or 200 degrees C (bottom and top heating)
- Measure 250 g of organic MIX (1/2 of the contents of the bag) and transfer it into a container
- Add 250 ml of warm water (20-25 degrees C)
- Mix well and knead (you can also use a mixer with kneading attachments)
- Moisten your hands and shape the dough into a small loaf
- Place the loaf on a baking tray (lined with baking paper) and leave for 10 minutes
- Place the tray in the oven and bake for about 55-60 minutes
- After baking, turn off the oven and leave the bread in the oven for another 5 minutes
- Cool the bread completely before cutting and serving.
- Store in the refrigerator. Bread can also be frozen.
