Description
The mixture for preparing low-carb Sukrin Low Carb Bread Mix is of excellent taste and texture. One slice contains only 1 g of carbohydrates. Sukrin Low Carb Bread Mix does not contain wheat, gluten, yeast, sugar, milk, or soy. The product is free from additives, artificial colors, and preservatives. No GMOs are used. The product is certified gluten-free.
One package is sufficient for 500 g of bread.
Ingredients
Psyllium seed husks, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, beet, chicory, and pea fiber, Fiberfin (resistant corn starch), egg powder, sweetener (erythritol), mineral salt (sodium chloride, potassium chloride), leavening agents (baking soda, disodium phosphate). Allergen content: sesame, eggs.

Usage
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Pour the contents of the package into a bowl and add 300 ml of water. Mix well and let the dough stand for 5 minutes.
Shape the dough into a loaf (or several smaller rolls) using wet hands.
Bake for 60-70 minutes (loaf) or 25-30 minutes (rolls) in a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Remove from the oven and let it cool. Store the bread in a paper bag in the refrigerator for 4-5 days (it can also be frozen).
Store the product in a dry place at room temperature. The product's shelf life is indicated on the packaging.
