Salmon with vegetables

In this episode, we tackled salmon, prepared in a slightly different way. It’s baked with vegetables, wrapped in parchment paper. This preparation method is also known as “En Papillote.” Salmon prepared this way is tender, juicy, and aromatic. We enhanced the dish with Hollandaise sauce and a poached egg. Divine!!

Salmon with vegetables “En Papillote” is much simpler than it appears. It’s impossible for it to be dry or undercooked in the middle, which can easily happen when frying in a pan. Additionally, in the show, we also demonstrate how to prepare Hollandaise sauce and poached eggs, which complement the salmon perfectly. The result is finger-licking good.

Since the entire dish has a low carbohydrate content, it’s also suitable for diabetics, LCHF/KETO and Low Carb diets, and for people with various intolerances or allergies (gluten).
