In this episode, we tackled a classic dish in a slightly different way! We prepared delicious stuffed peppers and a light mash. Instead of rice, we used cauliflower “rice,” and the mash is a bit different too. But I promise, in terms of flavor, it doesn’t fall short of the classic!
