Baked pepper with feta cheese
Simple and very tasty appetizer or snack. it also complements cold cuts or grilled dishes nicely.
INGREDIENTS
- Red bell pepper (roasted)
- Cream cheese (cheese spread – can also be with herbs or garlic)
- Feta cheese
- Herbs
METHOD
Roast the pepper in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes (you can also buy pre-roasted peppers) and let it cool. Then peel the skin off and remove the seeds. Mix the cream cheese and feta cheese, and add herbs (chives, parsley). Spread the mixture onto the cleaned roasted peppers, roll them up, and cut them into smaller pieces. Secure each piece with a toothpick.
