Quick tiramisu in a glass
A quick, simple, and incredibly delicious dessert that is sugar-free, making it suitable for diabetics and anyone avoiding carbohydrates.
INGREDIENTS
for 4 servings:
- 100 g Cantucci biscuits without added sugar (2 packs)
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 60 g Live & Love powdered erythritol with stevia
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Strong espresso coffee with added erythritol and rum
- Live & Love organic cocoa powder
METHOD
Chop the Low Carb Cantucci biscuits into small pieces.
Whip the cream and, toward the end of whipping, add mascarpone, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract. Prepare strong coffee, add rum, and sweeten to taste.
Take elegant glasses for layering the dessert. Start with a layer of crumbled biscuits, drizzle with a few spoonfuls of the coffee mixture, add a layer of cream, and repeat the process once more. Finish by dusting with cocoa powder.

- Low Carb Cantucci biscuits are sugar-free and perfect for tiramisu due to their delicate almond aroma. They are available in our online store. If unavailable, you can use other biscuits of your choice (or bake your own), but make sure to check the ingredients.
