Stuffed Pork Rolls
An excellent recipe for a tasty and slightly different dish.
INGREDIENTS
For 2 people, you will need:
- 4 large neck steaks
- 4 slices of pressed bacon
- Masdamer cheese slices
- Himalayan salt, pepper
- Toothpicks
- Fat for frying (Bio Ghee butter Live & love)
For the sauce:
- 1.5 dl white wine
- 1.5 dl heavy cream
METHOD
Pound the neck steaks until they are thin slices. Season with salt and pepper, place a slice of bacon and cheese on the meat, and roll it up. Secure the edges with toothpicks.
Fry the rolls in Bio Ghee butter (just until the outside is nicely browned), then cover them and let them rest for a few minutes.
Transfer them to a baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 8-10 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the sauce: pour 1.5 dl of wine into the pan with the remaining meat drippings, let it simmer, and then add 1.5 dl of cream. Let it cook until it reaches the desired thickness.
