The cooking show Kitchen challenges will serve you excellent recipes in a slightly different way. In the show, Katja and Jure challenge ourselves to cook delicious meals that will satisfy even the most demanding taste buds. Our creativity is put to the test, as the core principle of Kitchen challenges is that the dishes are gluten-free, grain flour-free, yeast-free, free of added sugar, and as low in carbohydrates as possible. Through cooking, we explore different ideas and recipes that will make your menu easier and more exciting, especially for those who avoid gluten, grain flours, follow LCHF/KETO/Low Carb principles, or have issues with blood sugar.
Katja Bizant Lutar
I am the head chef in my home LCHF kitchen and a creative creator of LCHF/KETO recipes. I love experimenting and creating new recipes, of course, using ingredients that are suitable for LCHF/KETO. Poor health, severe migraines, and a generally depleted immune system a few years ago were the turning point for a life change. By changing my diet, I regained my health and even gained extra energy, which I now diligently use for exploring in the kitchen and expanding my knowledge and experience in the field of LCHF nutrition. I am the author of many recipes that you can find here. I am also the owner of the brand Live & Love, which offers a range of quality products, and together with my husband Matej, I run the online store LCHF Style.
Jure Galičič
I have been passionate about cooking for many years, and I even competed in the Masterchef show in the 2022 season. Besides cooking, I am fascinated by many artistic fields. To summarize what others say about me, I can say that I am a person of many talents. People mostly know me as someone who always brings humor to the group. I am also a member of the Cultural and Artistic Society Fofite, where I played a few roles as a member of the theater group. As a mentor of the film section, I organized 12 evenings of film music. I am also a voice actor for cartoons (like Wild Kratts). I am a huge film enthusiast, a lover of film music, and I enjoy attending film music concerts. Additionally, I am a collector of film memorabilia and items from movies.
