With no added sugar, sweetened with natural sweeteners (erythritol with stevia), it contains valuable MCT fats (13%), plant-based proteins, and natural vanilla flavor. Each bar (40 g) provides 11 g of healthy fats, 7.7 g of protein, and only 2.5 g of net carbohydrates – a perfect choice for ketogenic and low-carb diets, as well as for diabetics. The high fiber content (11 g) further supports digestive health and helps maintain stable blood sugar levels.
