It has a unique wonderful buttery flavor that emphasizes the taste of dishes and spices. It is extremely durable and can be stored at a room temperature. It contains vitamins (A, D, E and K) minerals and fatty acids, the most important of which is conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). Organic Ghee butter from the Live & love brand does NOT contain lactose and casein and unlike other similar products on the market, does not have the smell of “burning”.

Usage
Organic Ghee butter is used for cooking and baking, for cakes, spreads, as an addition to dishes and drinks (coffee, tea). It has a high resistance and a high smoking point (this is the point where molecules begin to break down and harmful free radicals begin to form), so it can be heated to a higher temperature than ordinary butter. Ghee butter has a smoking point of around 250 C (482 F), which is higher than all normal fats.
Store at room temperature, in a dark place.
