Usage
MCT oil is odorless and tasteless and therefore a very suitable addition to various beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, shakes … ) and dishes (salads, soups, sauces …). The product does not contain gluten, lactose, soy products, nuts, eggs, GMOs, artificial additives and preservatives. Suitable for vegans, halal and kosher certified.
RECOMMENDED DAILY QUANTITY: MCT oil is completely safe to consume and can be taken from 1x – 4x per day per tablespoon (15 ml). It is recommended to start with a smaller amount (1 teaspoon) and gradually increase the amount so that the organism slowly adapts. Otherwise, digestive disorders may occur. The recommended daily amount should not be exceeded. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool place. The shelf life of the product is indicated on the packaging.
