MCT oil is odorless and tasteless and therefore a very suitable addition to various beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, shakes … ) and dishes (salads, soups, sauces …). The product does not contain gluten, lactose, soy products, nuts, eggs, GMOs, artificial additives and preservatives. Suitable for vegans.
RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE: MCT oil is completely safe to consume and can be taken from 1x – 4x per day per tablespoon (15 ml). It is recommended to start with a smaller amount (1 teaspoon) and gradually increase the amount so that the organism slowly adapts. Otherwise, digestive disorders may occur.
