But Katja and Jure have taken on a different kind of pancake challenge. Are you curious about how to make perfect pancakes without gluten, grain flours, and without added sugar? Pancakes are incredibly versatile. You can spread your favorite spreads on them, turn them into cannelloni, use them in a soup, or even gratinate them. In this episode, they’ve prepared gratinated cottage cheese pancakes.
