LCHF Pizza Dough (with Grilled Cheese)
This recipe is really very simple and completely easy to prepare. In addition, it includes one interesting ingredient. The result is a neutral-flavored, firm, and compact pizza dough, so the pizza can be easily eaten by hand.
INGREDIENTS
For a pizza the size of a baking tray (for 3–4 people) you need:

250 g halloumi cheese (grill cheese)

3 eggs
-
1 heaping tablespoon BIO golden flaxseed flour from Live & Love

Pizza spices
-
Sauce and toppings of your choice

Additional toppings as desired
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a mixer/blender or hand blender and mix until homogeneous. DO NOT add salt, halloumi is already salty enough.
Spread the dough thinly on baking paper (if needed, cover with a second sheet to roll out and remove before baking).
Bake at 200 °C for about 10–12 minutes (depending on dough thickness).
Remove from the oven, add toppings as desired, and return to the oven until the cheese melts and everything is nicely browned.
